Yakiniku Toraji
A popular yakiniku restaurant founded in 1995 in Ebisu, Shibuya-ku. We propose thick-sliced yakiniku, which was rare at the time, including the famous tongue salt, based on the commitment that the taste of the material is directly transmitted when the meat is cut thick. Currently, we have about 70 stores in Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka, etc., mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
This is the first time that Lawson has released a product supervised by "Yakiniku Toraji". This initiative was realized from the desire of both companies to enjoy the taste of specialty stores even in Coronavirus.
Beef rib grilled meat weight
Thick sliced beef ribs are roasted over an open fire, and the savory flavor spreads in your mouth. You can enjoy the special spicy gochujang sauce attached to your taste. The price is 698 yen (tax included, same below). Sold only at Machikado kitchen stores.
Yakiniku bibimbap bowl
Reproduce the taste of grilled meat Toraji with Korean glue, sesame oil, grilled beef, gochujang, and sweet and spicy sauce. The price is 598 yen. Not available at Natural Lawson.
Japanese-style soup stock cold noodles
With the motif of Yakiniku Toraji's famous cold noodles, bonito broth is combined with beef bone soup. The soup is light but Japanese-style soup, and has a rich flavor. The price is 399 yen. Released on June 15th only in the Hokkaido area.
Bibin cold noodles
The spicy sauce of beef bone soup, doubanjiang, gochujang, and kimchi with sweetness added with vegetables and fruits reproduces the "juiceless bibin cold noodles" of grilled meat traji. The price is 399 yen. Released on June 15th only in the Hokkaido area.
Kinshari Onigiri Japanese Black Beef Yakiniku
A luxurious golden rice ball made with plenty of grilled Japanese black beef entwined with sesame oil and gochujang sauce. The price is 299 yen.
Beef grilled meat salad roll
Meat sushi that you can easily eat. The grilled meat salad bowl accented with spicy gochujang mayonnaise is reproduced. The price is 399 yen.
Beef grilled meat thick roll
A reserved product for "Yu-no-hi" wrapped with Japanese black beef yakiniku and carrot kinpira, komatsuna namul, burdock kimchi, and thick roasted egg that spreads the scent of gochujang and sesame oil. The price is 980 yen. Reservation acceptance period is from June 1st to July 25th (reservation at the store by 18:00 3 days before the receipt date). The pick-up date is from July 23rd to July 28th.
