A sweet made by baking hazelnuts and macadamia nuts entwined with candy on a buttery dough kneaded with Guérande salt. You can enjoy the chewy texture and the aroma of nuts. The diameter is about 15 cm and the price is 1,102 yen (tax included, same below).


・ Royce's cuttle curl [caramel]
A pound cake made by adding Guérande salt to a dough kneaded with carefully boiled homemade caramel, chopped apples soaked in apple liqueur, and crispy walnuts. The aroma of caramel spreads. The price is 875 yen.


・ Caramel sale macaron
Salt caramel-flavored ganache accented with Guérande salt is sandwiched with carefully baked white macaron dough. One side is coated with white chocolate. The price is 486 yen for 3 pieces and 1,458 yen for 9 pieces.


・ Royce's Croquembouche Chocolat
A Brittany-style arrangement of the local confectionery "Croquembouche" from Southern France. Guérande salt and three kinds of nuts (hazelnut, macadamia, almond) are put in meringue dough, baked crispy with caramel flavor, and decorated with chocolate. Accented with a slightly fragrant ginger powder. The price is 702 yen.

A chocolate bar featuring the taste of Guérande's salt and almonds. The mellow salt brings out the rich flavor of chocolate and nuts. The price is 530 yen.

Two types of homemade salted caramel using fresh cream from Hokkaido and salt from Guérande are coated with chocolate that goes well with each other. The price is 724 yen for 14 pieces.


・ Praline chocolate [caramel duo]
Two types of praline chocolate with a smooth caramel sauce in a ganache and trapped in a refreshingly sweet chocolate. The flavors of caramel, salt and pistachio blend with the chocolate. The price is 999 yen for 12 pieces.


・ Amand Sale Sable [Caramel Chocolat]
Bake dough with crushed almonds, Guérande salt and rum, and coat one side with caramel chocolate. The price is 756 yen for 10 pieces.

Bread baked with Guérande salt is soaked with butter and coated with caramel-flavored white chocolate with an elegant sweetness. The finish is also topped with Guérande salt. The price is 864 yen for 6 pieces.
