"Raw chocolate [salt caramel & orange]" is a raw chocolate made by adding "Gerande's salt" to caramel-flavored chocolate, adding fresh cream and orange puree, and flavoring with vanilla liquor. The sweet scent and the rich aroma that melts softly are accentuated by the gorgeous orange flavor and the salt of Guérande.
