The May Macaron flavor of Pierre Hermé Paris has been announced on the official website. Twenty-three types have appeared, including limited-time ones such as "Amphiniman Cafe".
Ispahan
"Ispahan" is a limited-time product. Enjoy a combination of lychee, rose-flavored cream and framboise confit.
Mandarin
"Mandarine & Baies Roses" is also a limited-time flavor. Contains mandarin and pink pepper cream, mandarin and orange marmalade compote.
Earl Grey
"The Earl Gray" is also available for a limited time. Contains Earl Gray flavored ganache chocolate.
Jardin Sucre
"Jardin Secret" is also available for a limited time. Packed with rose, vanilla and clove-flavored butter cream.
Amphiniman Cafe
"Infiniment Cafe" uses coffee-flavored cream. This is also for a limited time.

"Vanille & Fraise" will be available until May 25th. A combination of vanilla-flavored cream and strawberry compote.

"Arabesque" will also be on sale until May 25th. Cream with apricot pieces and praline fiyute with pistachios are used.
Eden
"Eden" will be available from May 26th. Contains saffron and white peach flavored cream and apricot pieces.
Olive
"Huile d'Olive & Vanille" will also be on sale from May 26th. A combination of olive oil, vanilla-flavored cream and olive pieces.
Amphiniman Vanille
"Infiniment Vanille" will also be available from May 26th. Vanilla flavored cream is used.
Creme brulee
"Creme Brulee" is a dish containing vanilla ganache and caramel pieces. This will also be on sale from May 26th.
Citron Part Sable
"Citron & Pate Sablee Citron" will be available from May 26th. You can enjoy lemon-flavored cream and sable with lemon.

"Mosaic" will also appear on May 26th. Pistachio and cinnamon flavored cream, griot cherries are used.
Velouté sauce

"Infiniment Citron" contains lemon-flavored cream. It is sold as a standard item.

"Infiniment Pistache" uses pistachio-flavored cream. It is treated as a standard.

"Infiniment Jasmin" uses Jasmin-flavored cream. One of the classic macaroons.
