"Berry Daifuku Dora", which is a combination of Daifuku and Dorayaki, will be released on June 4th from the long-established Japanese confectionery store "Aokiya" in Fuchu City, Tokyo. The price is 290 yen (tax included) per piece. Available at Aokiya stores (including franchise stores) and official online shops.

Berry Daifuku Dorayaki

"Berry Daifuku Dora" was developed from the idea that "I want to make soft bean paste into dorayaki!" Soft bean paste with sweet and sour berry flavor using 4 kinds of berries is wrapped in Daifuku dough with a chewy texture and sandwiched between dorayaki skins. Easy to eat even in summer.


If you just sandwich the soft bean paste as it is, it will stick out of the skin. But just berry bean paste is not fun. Therefore, it was born from the idea of wrapping berry bean paste, which has been softly cooked to the limit of wrapping, in Daifuku.


Daifuku dough, which originally hardens when cooled, has a unique composition that allows you to enjoy a soft and chewy texture even when cooled. By cooling, the balance between sweetness and acidity becomes better, and you can enjoy it refreshingly.
