Dorayaki "Chocolate Daifuku Dora" with raw chocolate Daifuku sandwiched between Aokiya's directly managed stores and franchise stores will be renewed and sold from November 13th. The price is 290 yen (tax included) per piece.

"Chocolate Daifuku Dora" was developed from the idea of "I want to put raw chocolate in dorayaki!" And appeared last year (2019). It was born from the idea of wrapping raw chocolate in Daifuku, saying, "If you just sandwich the raw chocolate as it is, it will stick out of the skin. But chocolate that does not melt is not raw chocolate."

Ganache made from 100% Belgian chocolate is wrapped in fertilizer and sandwiched with chocolate-flavored dora skin. Raw chocolate is finished by mixing 33% cocoa and 55% couverture. It is individually wrapped and can be stored at room temperature. In this renewal, the dorayaki skin is moisturized so that you can feel a sense of unity with the raw chocolate Daifuku.
