Hanamaru Udon "Taste the cool! Cold fair"

At Hanamaru Udon, "Taste the cool! Cold fair" will be held from May 25th (excluding some stores). The lineup includes three types: "cold noodle-style cold soba," "Yamagata-dashi cold soba," and "plum cold soba."

For cold soba, not only the kake udon is chilled, but also the soup stock for cold soup is used. When the dashi stock is cooled, the flavor is impaired and the saltiness is weakened, but the cold soup stock is finished so that the udon and dashi stock can be eaten deliciously until the end.

In addition, the cold fair has been changed to "summer noodles". It is characterized by its smoothness and firmness, and you can enjoy it refreshingly when the temperature rises. Summer noodles are used for all udon products during the cold fair-summer period.
