From Kenmin Foods, the frozen rice noodles "Hyogo Kenmin Rice Noodles" using Hyogo Prefecture's special product "New Onions from Awaji Island" will be released on May 17th. The estimated price is 270 yen (tax included).

In June 2020, we started the "47 prefectures Kenmin-yaki rice noodles project" as a project to commemorate the 70th anniversary of our founding. The first project to contribute to the development of local ingredients and regional revitalization by developing and selling rice noodles made from locally harvested and processed ingredients such as agricultural products and special products of each prefecture and promoting them. As the third bullet following the bullet "Chiba" and the second bullet "Miyazaki", we will sell rice noodles made with "Awajishima new onions", which is a special product of Hyogo prefecture, at life cooperatives nationwide.

We are procuring raw materials by sticking to the new onions that were raised on Awaji Island in Hyogo Prefecture and harvested this spring. We visited Takehara Bussan Co., Ltd., which organizes many producers on Awaji Island and also produces them, and held many meetings and established a procurement route after coordinating with the cut vegetable factory.
