According to Choya Umeshu, this "The CHOYA #Take Umeshu Set" is a custom-made umeshu storage that uses high-quality Kishu-produced Nanko ume and is designed not to be affected by external influences such as "light", "heat", and "air". It is slowly aged in a tank.

Three types of "The CHOYA SINGLE YEAR", "The CHOYA AGED 3 YEARS", and "The CHOYA Kishu Minamitaka Umehara Sake" are packed one by one as a small 60ml (2.03us fl oz) drink size that you can easily compare and drink. It is said to be easy to carry and enjoy outdoors.

The CHOYA SINGLE YEAR is a plum wine that goes well with meals. It is characterized by the gorgeous scent of ripe Nanko plums that spreads the moment you put it in your mouth, and the crisp acidity that is profound and youthful. Alcohol content is 15%.

AGED 3 YEARS

The CHOYA AGED 3 YEARS is a plum wine that contains undiluted sake that has been aged for 3 to 5 years. You can enjoy a heavy scent reminiscent of quaint brandy and a mellow yet complex finish. Alcohol content is 15%.

Kishu Nanko Umehara Sake

"The CHOYA Kishu Nanko Umehara Sake" has a strong acidity with a core and a deep aftertaste, which is peculiar to the original sake, and has a refined and mellow finish, giving it a well-balanced taste. Alcohol content is 18%.
