"CHOYA Bonbon Chocolat" will be on sale from February 1st from Choya Umeshu. Available at the official online shop "Choyaan". We are currently accepting reservations.
A special bonbon chocolate that you can't taste anywhere else, using French couverture chocolate and mellow plum liquor aged only with Choya's carefully selected Kishu Nanko plums. Two flavors were made, milk and bitter.
The milk is made in two layers: agar jelly containing 50% or more of ripe Nanko plum puree, and ganache with condensed authentic plum wine. You can enjoy the harmony of the refreshing and stimulating acidity of ripe Nanko Ume Puree and the deep taste of authentic plum wine with milk chocolate that melts in your mouth.
Bitter, on the other hand, is a combination of chocolate with a rich cacao flavor and aged and concentrated Nanko Umehara Sake (containing about 40%). French brandy from the Cognac region is added to the secret flavor, giving it a solid acidity with a core and a complex and deep adult taste.
Each box contains 6 tablets (2 types x 3 tablets), and the estimated price is 2,315 yen (excluding tax). In addition to Choya-an, it will be sold at Kintetsu Department Store Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Store and The CHOYA Ginza BAR.
