The CHOYA AGED 3 YEARS" is a plum wine selected and blended from original sake that has been aged for more than three years. It is said to have a profound aroma reminiscent of quaint brandy and a mild yet complex aftertaste. The alcohol content is 15%.

The CHOYA Kishu Nanko Plum Wine

The CHOYA Kishu Nanko Ume Genshu is a brand that makes the most of the blender's skills, selected from among the 450 storage tanks holding the original plum wine. It is said to feature a firm acidity with a core and a deep aftertaste unique to the original sake. The alcohol content is 18%.
