Ringer Hut "Scallops and Clams Champon"

Spring limited menus "Scallop and Asari Champon" and "Egg and Lettuce Half Fried Rice" will be on sale from April 12th at each Ringer Hut store. Sale until the end of June.

At Ringer Hut, "Asari Plenty of Champon", which uses abundant seasonal "Asari" and domestically produced "Aosa", was sold as a seasonal spring product and was well received. This year, a new scallop caught in Mutsu Bay in Aomori Prefecture has been added, and a more powerful menu has appeared.

"Scallops and clams champon" is a dish of scallops caught in Mutsu Bay, Aomori Prefecture, which is fragrantly baked with butter along with clams in season in spring. A tasty champon with juicy and sweet shellfish and butter flavor. The soup has a deep taste that is tightly packed with the umami of scallops and clams and the sweetness of domestic vegetables. The soup with the umami of shellfish is topped with sea lettuce from Mie prefecture to create the scent of rocky shore. The price is regular 890 yen and small 690 yen (tax included, same below).

In addition, "Half fried rice with egg and lettuce" is a "spring fried rice" that goes well with champon, using plenty of seasonal domestic lettuce and eggs. It looks like spring. The slightly crisp black pepper accentuates the taste and matches the taste of champon. You can enjoy the umami of fluffy eggs and the crispy texture of lettuce until the end. The price is 390 yen for a single item and 380 yen for a set.
