As a pop-up shop limited to 100 days, a baby castella specialty store "100 days baby castella" that eats with fresh cream will open in the FLIPPER'S STAND Jiyugaoka store in Tokyo. The deployment period is from March 30th to July 7th.

"100 Days Baby Cass" is a bite-sized dessert that combines fresh cream with eggs, which are the main characters of pancakes, and baby castella, which is inspired by FLIP (= flip), which is the etymology of FLIPPER'S. As with the original FLIPPER'S, the ingredients used are carefully selected from safe and secure ingredients such as fresh eggs from the contract poultry farm "Taketori Farm", domestic flour, and pasteurized milk.


The cream to be combined is "maple butter cream," which is also used in FLIPPER'S "miracle pancakes." The fragrant cream has a addictive taste that matches the nostalgic flavor of old-fashioned baby castella.


Sweets journalist Rio Hiraiwa supervises limited cream with the theme of seasonal ingredients and sweets. The first is the image of strawberry rare cheesecake, which is a blend of strawberry confiture that you can enjoy a mellow texture with fresh cream flavored with rare cheesecake.

"100-day Babycus" will be closed as soon as it is sold out, limiting the number of products manufactured per day to 100 sets (converted to 15 pieces).
