Matcha cheese tart has been popular with many people since it was released in May 2018, and it is the most popular flavor posted on the official Instagram of BAKE CHEESE TART. This year, we have evolved by combining mascarpone cheese with Uji matcha from Kyoto's long-established store, Shotamaen.

For the cheese mousse, Uji Matcha "First Bitter" blended exclusively for BAKE CHEESE TART by Mr. Hiroshi Kobayashi, who has the highest ten ranks as a tea master who selects and mixes tea leaves, is used. In order to enhance the original aroma of matcha, mascarpone cheese is blended with cream cheese from Hokkaido in a well-balanced manner.
