BAKE CHEESE TART Cheese tart that appeared in 2017 as the first flavor and is sold for a limited time every Valentine's Day and has been well received. This year, which is the sixth year, we are particular about the balance with cheese mousse and use French chocolate. It is finished in chocolate cheese mousse with a refreshing aroma and sour chocolate reminiscent of red berries such as framboise and currant. The tart part is a tart dough mixed with cocoa powder that goes well with chocolate cheese mousse. Further enhances the gorgeousness of the chocolate cheese mousse.
