2021 Discerning strawberry fair

・ Strawberry parfait of "Red Pearl" from Kitauwa District, Ehime Prefecture
As the name "Crimson Pearl" suggests, this parfait uses "Red Pearl", which is characterized by its dark skin. Moderate acidity and gorgeous fragrance spread. The price is 2,000 yen (tax included, same below).

・ Strawberry parfait of "Ookimi" from Ohno Farm, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture
"Ookimi", which tastes like big honey, is a variety that is rarely produced nationwide and is hard to find on the market. It has a low acidity and sweetness, and is characterized by a fine texture like cotton candy. The price is 2,000 yen.

・ Special strawberry parfait of "Marihime" from Hidaka-gun, Wakayama
Uses rare large sweet strawberries that are hard to taste outside Wakayama prefecture. A pleasant scent spreads throughout your mouth. The price is 2,500 yen.
