"Discover America Fair 4th ~ Heartland ~" will start at all Sizzler stores. It will be available from February 25th.
With the theme of rediscovering the rich food culture of the United States, the salad bar and grill will sell characteristic dishes in each of the five regions over the course of a year from December 2019.
Under the theme of "Heartland," the fourth installment will introduce American tenderloin (fillet) steaks inspired by the good old days of the Midwest, and hamburgers that are said to have originated in the region. A menu associated with the theory that hamburgers originated from the "St. Louis World's Fair" held in Missouri in 1904.

Tenderloin steak 300g (10.58oz)
"Tenderloin steak 300g (10.58oz)" is a large steak with soft tenderloin (fillet). It is cut out to a thickness of 3.5 cm or more and baked on an open fire, and is finished so that you can enjoy the taste of lean meat. Comes with a deep rich red wine sauce.

"Sizzler Traditional Burger" is 180g (6.35oz) of 100% US beef patty that does not use a binder, and is sandwiched between US Colby-Jack cheese, smoked bacon and raw vegetables with a mild taste.

St. Louis blues burger
"St. Louis Blues Burger" is a dish for blue cheese lovers with 180g (6.35oz) of 100% beef patty and 50g (1.76oz) of "Gorgonzola" with a mellow scent.

Wild rice salad
"Wild Rice Salad" is a dish that you can enjoy at the "Premium Salad Bar". Nutrient-rich US wild rice, calrose rice, bacon, vegetables and legumes called "cereal caviar" are finished with red wine vinegar-flavored dressing to enjoy the texture and aroma.
"Broccoli chowder" is also a dish that you can enjoy at the "premium salad bar". Vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, onions and potatoes are finished with chicken stock and milk or butter, and you can enjoy the richness and soft taste of milk.
Cherry apple crisp
"Cherry Apple Crisp" can also be enjoyed at the "Premium Salad Bar". A hot dessert baked with crumble on a cherry and apple compote. You can enjoy it with cold soft serve ice cream.
