Bronco Billy's "charcoal-grilled" is a cooking method in which the outside is crispy and the inside is filled with gravy to make it juicy. Characterized by soft lean meat, in response to the desire to eat a slightly larger fillet steak that has existed for a long time, 200g (7.05oz) or more cuts suitable for the year-end and New Year dinner are prepared.

The selling price is 2,948 yen for the 200g (7.05oz) size (tax included, the same applies below) and 5,148 yen for the 400g (14.11oz) size. You can order a "Bronco set" with a salad bar, rice or bread, and corn soup for an additional 660 yen. You can also enjoy the "Fresh Salad Bar Set" with only a salad bar for an additional 550 yen.
