Furubre Yuzu is a bread made by mixing Yuzu peel with a dough containing 5 kinds of green and yellow vegetables and Yuzu extract. Pumpkin, carrots, tomatoes, red peppers and broccoli are used as vegetables.


Sales areas are Tohoku, Kanto, Koshinetsu, Hokuriku, Tokai, Kinki, China, and Shikoku. Some stores are not available.

When you take it out of the package, you can see that the yuzu peel is scattered all over the small bread. The fabric itself is slightly yellowish.

I tried to eat

The moist and fluffy texture and the refreshing scent of yuzu that scents from the moment you eat it. The dough itself is not sweet, but the sweetness of the yuzu peel gradually works as you chew. It's not so strong, so it's more of a meal bread than a snack bread. I think it's okay to combine it with side dishes.
