I tried to eat

The moist and fluffy texture and the refreshing scent of yuzu that scents from the moment you eat it. The dough itself is not sweet, but the sweetness of the yuzu peel gradually works as you chew. It's not so strong, so it's more of a meal bread than a snack bread. I think it's okay to combine it with side dishes. If it is left as it is, it will be moist, and if you toast it lightly, the surface will be refreshed.
