The official website has announced the start of sales of the layered chocolate sandwich cookie "Streusel" by Shunkado. A dish inspired by the traditional German confectionery method.

Streusel comes from the German word "streuen," which means "sprinkle, spread," and is known as a rag-like topping that is a mixture of flour, butter, and sugar. I was able to make the baked sweets I got.

Using a manufacturing method that takes advantage of the characteristics of sugar crystals, the cookie dough that is baked by stacking two types of dough has a texture of "gritty" and "zack zaku." The dough is entwined with the tongue, and the chocolate garnish that continues to the end is sandwiched between the dough, and the side to bottom is covered with rich chocolate.
