Francais started from a pastry shop in Shibuya shortly after the war. We are pursuing deliciousness by sticking to the ingredients and manufacturing methods of all sweets, including the classic millefeuille.

There are two flavors, "berry berry" and "caramel nut". "Berry Berry" is a raspberry cream with strawberry crunch sandwiched with a crispy pie and coated with sweet chocolate. Millefeuille with excellent sweet and sour berries and chocolate.

"Caramel nuts" is a caramel cream with chopped almonds sandwiched with a crispy pie and coated with milk chocolate. You can also enjoy the texture of almonds.
