"Amaou Strawberry (Red Hoppe Strawberry) Chocolate Tart" is a chocolate tart with sweet and sour strawberry mousse and chocolate cream layered on top of custard. The harmony of strawberry and chocolate scent is exquisite. The price is 2,268 yen for the 12 cm diameter size (tax included, the same applies below) and 3,240 yen for the 15 cm diameter size. "Strawberry mascarpone tart" is made by wrapping sweet and sour strawberry mousse in strawberry cream using mascarpone cheese and layering it on a fragrant almond tart. It is a cute cake that is carefully squeezed with cream like a frilled dress one by one. The price is 627 yen. Sale until February 28th.


"Amaou Strawberry (Red Hoppe Strawberry) and Chocolate Gateau" is a cake wrapped with crispy almond chocolate, sweet and sour berry mousse, ganache with aroma of Earl Gray and chocolate sponge. The price is 670 yen. Sale until February 28th.


"Amaou Strawberry (Red Hoppe Strawberry) and Raw Chocolate Torte" is a cake made by layering sweet and sour strawberry cream and strawberries on a smooth chocolate mousse wrapped in rich Janduya raw chocolate. The price is 735 yen. Sale until February 28th.


In addition, the lineup includes "Amaou Strawberry (Red Hoppe Strawberry) Chocolat Roll" (1,491 yen) and "Amaou Strawberry (Red Hoppe Strawberry) Shortcake Box" (2,160 yen) that can be shared by multiple people. Each is about 16 cm long. Chocolat rolls will be on sale until February 28th, and shortcake boxes will be on sale until March 31st.
