Ingredients

1 bag of bean sprouts
About 100g (3.53oz) Chinese cabbage kimchi of your choice
2 teaspoons chicken soup stock
about 20g (0.71oz) Korean seaweed
2 teaspoons sesame oil

If you don't like spicy food or if you are making this for children, I recommend using sweet kimchi.

How to make

Wash bean sprouts, put them in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds at 600W. Adjust the heating time according to the microwave oven you are using.

Cool down the bean sprouts and drain them well. Add the chicken stock and sesame oil and dress the bean sprouts.

Add the kimchi and Korean seaweed, mix well and serve.
