about 20g (0.71oz) Korean seaweed

If you don't like spicy food or if you are making this for children, I recommend using sweet kimchi.
How to make
Wash bean sprouts, put them in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds at 600W. Adjust the heating time according to the microwave oven you are using.Cool down the bean sprouts and drain them well. Add the chicken stock and sesame oil and dress the bean sprouts.
Add the kimchi and Korean seaweed, mix well and serve.
How does it taste?
The crispy bean sprouts and the fresh sweetness of the Chinese cabbage are a perfect match. The spiciness of the kimchi stimulates the appetite. The occasional hint of sesame oil and Korean seaweed is also irresistible! It only takes a little over five minutes to complete the dish, including the heating time in the microwave. It's great as a side dish or as a snack for drinking at home.
