Simple recipe for "spicy bibim noodles"

|soy sauce||1/2 tbsp|
|Sesame oil||1/2 tbsp|
|Lemon juice||1 tsp|
On a summer day when you don't have an appetite. How about "Bibim Noodles", a cold and spicy soup-free somen noodle?

Somen 50 ~ 100g (3.53oz) (if you like)
Crowndaisy 25g (0.88oz)
Kimchi 30g (1.06oz)
1/2 egg (boiled egg) 1 tablespoon gochujang
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
● How to makeCut the garland chrysanthemum into pieces that are easy to eat, and boil the eggs.
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.
Boil somen noodles, wash them with cold water, drain them, put them in a bowl and entangle the sauce.
Serve in a bowl and top with kimchi, garland chrysanthemum, and boiled egg cut in half to complete!
