Kiyoken "Winter warm gastronomy"

Kiyoken's seasonal menu "Winter Hokkori Gourmet" series will be on sale from December 1st. Lunch boxes, dumplings, and moon cakes for a limited time.

The contents and selling prices of each are as follows. All notations include tax. It is available at about 150 stores mainly in Kanagawa and Tokyo.

Bento

"Obento Winter" is 730 yen. It will be available from December 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021. Items sold at room temperature.

"Scallop rice" cooked with scallops, kelp, carrots, and auctions is the main character. The feature is that the scallops are stuffed in and you can enjoy the rich flavor. Boiled scallops and brocade eggs are placed on top to create a colorful finish.

For side dishes, there are fatty "teriyaki red fish", juicy "ganmodoki simmered with black beans" containing broth, and "koori konnyaku, komatsuna, crab-flavored sardines and fried tofu" using seasonal komatsuna. The flavors unique to winter, such as "Konjac", are gradually assorted.

In addition to this, two "old-fashioned shumai" and "lotus root simmered", "carrot simmered", "simmered sardine", "tamagoyaki", and "shiba daifuku pickled" are included, and the sweetness is "small grains" that look like snow "Daifuku" creates a winter-like atmosphere.

Shumai

"Delicious long-lasting Kinmedai Shiumai" is 750 yen for 6 pieces. It will be handled from December 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021. It is a refrigerated product.

The high-class fish "Kanemedai", which is in season in winter, is used, and it is characterized by its rich umami like boiled Kinmedai and its plump texture. If you add the attached mustard, it will taste different. The "Tasty Nagamochi" series, which was developed at Kiyoken to be suitable as a souvenir, allows you to easily enjoy the fresh taste just by heating it in the microwave in the bag.

Mooncake

"Yokohama Mooncake Chocolate & Chocolate" is 160 yen per piece, and a set of 3 pieces is 530 yen. It will be handled from December 1, 2020 to February 14, 2021.

A dish with a rich flavor that appears every year while being sweet. The smooth chocolate cream is wrapped in chocolate bean paste made from Hokkaido azuki beans, and is finished so that you can enjoy the deep taste of two layers.

Suitable for seasons with many gorgeous events such as Christmas and Valentine's Day. A set of 3 is suitable for a small gift. "Yokohama Mooncake 5 pieces", which is a set of red beans, chestnuts, Uji matcha, and black sesame mooncakes, is also sold for 680 yen.
