Myojo Foods' soupless cup noodles "Myojo Giogyuso Supervised Rich Meat Juice Yaki Udon" will be on sale nationwide on December 14th. Yaki udon with a bouncy and chewy texture.

The estimated price is 230 yen (excluding tax), and the content is 162g (5.71oz). The menu of the famous grilled meat dish "Bulgogi" "Kyogyuusou" has been reproduced.

Yozo Sakurai opened a store in Sumida-ku, Tokyo in 1977, and as of 2020, there are three stores, including the Roppongi store and Hanzomon store. Bulgogi, which is a signboard menu with thin slices of Wagyu beef ribs soaked in a secret sauce, and yaki udon, which sucks the deliciousness of the meat, are famous, and many fans eat bulgogi for yaki udon.

Under the supervision of Shirunashi Tantanmen, this soupless cup noodle is devised so that it can reproduce the elastic and chewy texture of noodles, the umami of beef, and the aroma when baked on an iron plate.

The noodles have a good sauce entanglement, and the udon noodles have a chewy texture. The sauce is made by adding fragrant soy sauce to the umami of beef, adjusting the taste with garlic, and adding the flavor of sesame oil. Kayaku is beef chips and colorful cabbage. Black pepper, green onions, sesame seeds and chili are combined as a sprinkle.
