FamilyMart "Yakitsuki Black under the supervision of Watanabe

On April 5, FamilyMart will release "Watanabe-supervised Yamitsuki Black," the fifth in a series of cup noodles jointly developed with Ramen Data Bank. The price is 228 yen (tax included).

Watanabe Supervision YAMITSURI BLACK

Watanabe-supervised YAMITSUKI BLACK features a soy sauce-based soup that combines the flavor of garlic and burnt soy sauce to give it a punch, which is then mixed with medium-thick, curly noodles with a firm texture. The aroma of stir-fried vegetables is added to create an addictive flavor that lives up to the name of the product, and the emphasis is on making an impact that lives up to the "black" name. The flavor has been adjusted many times to recreate the restaurant's taste, but arranged so that it can be enjoyed as a cup noodle.

Cup Noodle Series Jointly Developed by FamilyMart and Ramen Data Bank

Ramen critic Hirofumi Osaki and his team carefully select restaurants across Japan that are not easily accessible, and with the cooperation of five of Japan's major cup noodle manufacturers (Ace Cock, Sanyo Foods, Toyo Suisan, Nissin Foods, and Meisei Shokuhin, in alphabetical order), the noodles are made into cup noodles. The new "Watanabe Supervised YAMITSUKI BLACK" is the fifth product developed in collaboration with Nissin Foods Co.

The first product, "Rishiri Ramen Ajiraku Honten Supervision Yaki Shoyu Aji Ramen," the second product, "Shinasobaya Supervision Shoyu Ramen," the third product, "Menya Tsuyoshi Supervision Tsuyomen Tonkotsu Aji," and the fourth product, "San Kuruge Spicy Ramen," each achieved the highest sales volume among FamilyMart limited edition cup noodles during their first week on sale. The product was ranked No. 1.
