"Meisei Tokyo Design College Collaboration Mexican Nachos Noodles" is a spicy tomato-flavored noodle (donburi-shaped cup noodle) inspired by the representative "nachos" of Mexican cuisine. Cabbage and minced meat are combined with moderately elastic and supple thin noodles. The soup is a tomato soup with beef flavor and roasted onion, characterized by a mix of oregano, cumin and spices, and is finished with a unique spiciness in chili and jalapeno. The sprinkle is a combination of grated cheese, chilimins and parsley.
