At FamilyMart, store staff working in the area actively implement community-based initiatives in which they participate in product proposals and selection. The product to be released this time is a dessert that was ranked first in the member store questionnaire by soliciting ideas from store staff in the Kansai region with the development concept of "a product that makes local people happy". In developing the product, the store staff and employees working in the company's district office held discussions and tastings together, and thoroughly focused on the price and container as well as the taste.

"Imozukushi Parfait" is a 4-layer parfait made with Anno potatoes and Beni Azuma. Anno potato paste cream and whipped cream are topped with Anno potato sauce and sweet potato of Anno potato with high sugar content and moist texture. The salt crumble in the lower layer accentuates the taste.
