NISSIN FOOD PRODUCTS will release "Cup Noodle Hokkaido Rich Milk Shifu Do Noodle", a creamy and rich seafood noodle made from milk powder from Hokkaido, nationwide on November 2nd. The estimated price is 193 yen (excluding tax).

"Cup Noodle Milk Seafood Noodle" was developed by paying attention to the online word-of-mouth that "Making seafood noodles with hot milk is delicious". This milk seafood noodle, which has been popular as a winter staple since it was released in 2007, was renewed to "Cup Noodle Hokkaido Milk Shifu Road Noodle" in 2018. It will be released as a "winter tradition" this year as well.


The noodles are supple, chewy and smooth, which is unique to "Cup Noodles". The soup is a rich creamy soup based on seafood soup with the umami of seafood and pork bones, and added milk powder from Hokkaido with sweetness and richness. The ingredients are squid, crab-flavored kamaboko, eggs, cabbage, carrots, and green onions.
