The grand menu will be revised from October 22nd at the family restaurants "Big Boy" and "Victoria Station". A hot stewed hamburger steak that matches the coming season will be released.


Stewed hamburger is an oven-made dish that you can enjoy with two types of sauces, tomato and demiglace. It comes with plenty of sauce and you can enjoy it in combination with the garlic toast on the side menu.

"Stewed demiglace hamburger" is 780 yen. A stewed hamburger steak where you can enjoy the juicy gravy and the sweet scent and richness of mellow Madeira wine. It is finished hot in the oven.


"Stewed tomato hamburger" is 780 yen. Stewed hamburger with tomato sauce with plenty of vegetables such as eggplant, zucchini, and red and yellow paprika. You can enjoy the original sauce and hamburger with moderate acidity and sweetness, which is a ripe tomato sauce with the umami of vegetables.


In addition to this, stewed cheese hamburger steak with Gouda, red cheddar and mozzarella, and stewed hot ball hamburger with mellow hot balls are also available.

The recipes of existing menus will be reviewed and increased.

"8 kinds of cheese in hamburger 180g (6.35oz)" is 680 yen. The moment you insert the knife, the thick cheese overflows and is a dish. Increased the amount of meat from 160g (5.64oz) to 180g (6.35oz). Steppen cheese has been added, and the "spread" peculiar to cheese has also improved. You can choose the sauce from tomato and demiglace.


"Hand-made hamburger 200g (7.05oz)" is 680 yen. A dish that is handmade every day at the shop. The raw onions are combined just before kneading the putty so that you can enjoy the crispy texture and sweetness of the onions. The amount of meat has increased from 180g (6.35oz) to 200g (7.05oz) while keeping the price.


"Otaru hamburger 225g (7.94oz)" is 880 yen. The hamburger steak, which allows you to enjoy the original taste of meat that does not use bread crumbs or eggs, has been redesigned to make it more juicy. Furthermore, the size has increased from 200g (7.05oz) to 225g (7.94oz), making it more satisfying to eat than before. You can enjoy the first bite with rock salt on the table.


The main menu includes "soup bar set (with single rice)" and "set salad bar (without rice)" for 30 yen each, "salad bar set (with single rice)" for 400 yen, and "viking set". It can be combined for 500 yen.

Both will be sold at 282 stores, excluding Waseda and Milky Way.
