Shiro Noir is a luxurious use of fragrant Japanese chestnuts from Kumamoto prefecture, one of Japan's leading chestnut producing areas. A lot of Japanese chestnut cream is sandwiched in another Danish pastry, soft serve ice cream is put on it, and it is decorated with Japanese chestnut cream. The finish is topped with fiantine, which accentuates the texture. The refreshing sweetness of soft serve ice cream and the rich taste of Japanese chestnuts create an exquisite harmony.
