As a community-based initiative, "Yamagata-style meat soba" is based on the image of "meat soba" that is widely loved in Yamagata prefecture. The toppings of the parent chicken slices are characterized by a crunchy texture, and the more you chew, the more delicious the chicken will be.

The soup uses dried bonito, chicken extract, chicken oil (chiyu), etc., and has a strong soy sauce finish that allows you to enjoy the taste of chicken. The noodles, which have the image of countryside soba, are cut out slightly thicker and entwined with the soup. This product is made by incorporating the opinions of staff working at FamilyMart stores in Yamagata Prefecture.
