Directions
Wash cabbage and cut into strips or chunks. Cut into pieces as large as you feel comfortable eating.Place the cabbage in a slightly deep baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper and consommé.
Drop one egg into the cabbage, leaving a hollow in the middle.
Poke holes in the yolk with a fork or toothpick, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500 W for 3 minutes! If you want the eggs to be semi-cooked, start with about 2 minutes and adjust the heating time as you see fit.
