A simple cinnamon roll recipe using a pancake mix. It can be made in about 30 minutes without the hassle of kneading and fermenting.

Material (for 6 mini sizes)
Hot cake mix 150g (5.29oz)3 tablespoons yogurt
2 teaspoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon sugar
How to make
Mix yogurt and olive oil in a bowl.Add the pancake mix and mix to cut into pieces. If it doesn't come together, add water little by little to adjust.
Spread the dough into a square (about 15 cm square) on a flat place such as a cutting board.
Sprinkle cinnamon powder and sugar evenly.
Roll the dough from the front and roll it into a stick.
Cut into 6 equal parts with a kitchen knife.
Arrange them on a top plate with an oven sheet. Gently press the cross section from above to crush it and shape it (eliminate the gaps in the dough).
Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15 minutes to complete.
