From Yomeishu to "Ginger Sake"

"Ginger Sake" will be released on September 1st from Yomeishu Seizo. Renewal of the conventional "amber ginger liquor". For ginger lovers, this sake is made to enjoy the delicious taste of ginger.

There are 200ml (6.76us fl oz) bottles and 700ml (23.67us fl oz) bottles, and the estimated prices are 400 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below) and 1,330 yen, respectively. Three types of ginger, dried ginger, steamed ginger, and ginger juice, are used to bring out the complex taste and aroma of ginger.

It also contains various herbs. The contents are yuzu juice, chimpi, nuts, sanzashi, pepper, ginkgo biloba extract, benibana, rosemary, cinnamon, ginseng, fennel, elderflower, capsicum.

The formulation has been revised compared to the past so that the dry taste of ginger can be utilized, and the spicy spiciness of pepper has been raised. More honey is added to make the mouthfeel mellow. No colorings or fragrances are used, and you can enjoy the flavor of homemade ginger syrup. Also, when you shake the bottle, it turns into a liquid color like grated ginger, and you can feel the ginger-like appearance.

In order to bring out the ingredients and flavor, the "gojo method" unique to Yomeishu Seizo was used, in which the ingredients are put together and soaked in sake. The package is a golden color that expresses the feeling of ginger, and the texture is expressed by the illustration.

If you want to enjoy ginger and herbs firmly, you can mix it with hot water, and if you combine it with meals, you can mix it with carbonic acid.
