Directions
Cut off the stems of shiitake mushrooms.Mix mayonnaise and soy sauce, add bread crumbs and mix well to make filling.
Fill the shiitake mushroom casings with the filling.
Place in a toaster oven and bake for 5 to 10 minutes until the filling is browned. *Adjust the baking time according to the toaster.
