1 tablespoon liquor
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon of oil
How to make
Wash the eggplant with water and cut it in half vertically. Cut it into half-moons about 1 cm wide.Mix all the seasonings.
Put the eggplant in a heat-resistant container and sprinkle the combined seasoning on top. Wrap gently and heat in a 500W microwave for 6 minutes.
After heating, mix roughly and serve in a bowl to complete. You can sprinkle sesame seeds, white onions, and small green onions if you like.
