3 eggplants grated ginger (tube is OK) 1/2 teaspoon
1 tablespoon miso
1 tablespoon liquor
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon of oil

How to make

Wash the eggplant with water and cut it in half vertically. Cut it into half-moons about 1 cm wide.

Mix all the seasonings.

Put the eggplant in a heat-resistant container and sprinkle the combined seasoning on top. Wrap gently and heat in a 500W microwave for 6 minutes.
