At FamilyMart in Osaka Prefecture, Famima's confident work "Gyudon", which pursues the taste and tenderness of beef, will be released on July 14th. From July 28th, it will be released sequentially at FamilyMart in Shiga, Kyoto, Hyogo, Nara, and Wakayama prefectures. The price is 430 yen (tax included).

FamilyMart's "Gyudon" is a cup of freshly cut beef that is baked in a new dedicated facility to bring out the flavor of the beef. Beef whose temperature has been adjusted so that the umami does not melt is cut out at a processing factory and used immediately. By carefully cooking beef, onions, and soup in a pot, the flavor of the meat blends into the soup without breaking the tender meat.
