The new flavors "Zakuzakushu Matcha" and "Zakuzakusoft Matcha Dip" will be on sale for a limited time from July 1st at each of the cream puff specialty stores "Kurokanshu Zakuzaku" (excluding Sakuramachi Kumamoto store). Only the Tenjin Underground Shopping Center will be on sale after mid-July.

"Zaku Zaku Shoe Matcha" and "Zaku Zaku Soft Matcha Dip" use "Tokyo Matcha" produced in Sugitaen, Ome City, Tokyo. This matcha contains a large amount of theanine, which is an umami ingredient, due to the undercover cultivation that directly blocks sunlight, so the characteristic is that you can strongly feel the taste of tea leaves.


"Crispy Choux Pastry" is a stick-shaped cream puff made by injecting matcha custard cream into a choux pastry with a crunchy texture and topped with white chocolate sauce containing matcha. Matcha custard, which is a mixture of matcha powder and mellow custard cream using Hokkaido milk, is used. The rich taste of matcha custard and the bright green appearance make you feel cool. "Crispy Soft Matcha Dip" is a soft serve ice cream with a rich taste that makes you feel as if you have frozen the cream as it is, and then dip it into a white chocolate sauce that uses matcha, and top it with matcha powder, croquette, and almond crunch.
