From the Yamazaki Baking chilled dessert "PREMIUM SWEETS" series, four new products using fragrant Uji matcha will be released on April 1st. Limited time until May 31st. The price is open.

"Uji Matcha Shoe (Uji Matcha Cream & Ogura Whipped Cream)" is a crispy puff made from Hokkaido milk with plenty of Uji Matcha Cream and Ogura Whipped Cream from Hokkaido. Fresh cream from Hokkaido is used for Uji matcha cream.

"Uji Matcha Roll (Ogura Whip)" is made by napping Uji Matcha Cream on a sponge and then wrapping it with a lot of whipped cream containing Matcha bean paste, which is a mixture of Uji Matcha and Hokkaido azuki beans. The sponge made from domestic wheat flour is also finished with a rich matcha flavor.

"Uji Matcha Crepe (Uji Matcha Cream & Ogura Whipped Cream)" is a crepe made from Hokkaido milk wrapped with Uji Matcha Cream and Ogura Whipped Cream. You can enjoy the crispy texture of the buttery crepe dough.

"Nama Dorayaki (Uji Matcha Whip & Ogura Whip)" is a chilled dorayaki made by sandwiching whipped cream with Uji matcha and whipped cream with Ogura between softly baked dough. Hokkaido cream is used for whipped cream to enhance the richness and make it smooth.
