At McDonald's, the introduction of a new service "Park & Go" using mobile orders will start in May. Currently, it is deployed at about 250 stores nationwide.

What is Park & Go?

Park & Go is a service that allows you to receive products ordered by mobile order from your smartphone in advance at the parking lot of the store while you are in the car. After arriving at the target store, enter the "parking lot number" on the order screen of your smartphone to complete the cashless payment, and the crew will deliver the freshly made product to the car.


You don't have to enter a normal drive-through lane, and you don't have to get out of the car. This service is recommended for people who want to carefully consider the menu, who want to shorten the time to purchase products, and those who need trouble getting in and out of the car, such as families with children.


We will continue to introduce it and aim to start using it at about 300 stores by the end of 2020. At compatible stores, "Park & Go" is displayed as a usage option in the step after selecting a product in a mobile order.
