Atarashi Maple Leaf Maple Leaf Manjuu

Momiji-manju" is a classic souvenir from Hiroshima. We would like to introduce "Atarashi Momiji," a collaboration between Nishikido, a long-established momiji-manju maker, and Andersen, a bakery from Hiroshima that is also well known in the Kanto area.

Atarashi Momiji

The filling developed by Andersen is combined with an original dough developed by Nishikido. This confectionary features a new texture and flavor that is different from both momiji manju and cake.

Seto no Citrus Fromage

Seto no Citrus Fromage is based on Danish cream cheese with the added sweetness and sourness of Setouchi's Iyokan, Naruto mandarin oranges and yuzu citrus. This cheesecake-like flavor offers the richness of cheese and the fruity acidity of citrus fruits.

The chunky filling has the texture of cream of cream bread. The texture is well-balanced with the moist and fluffy dough. This is common to all the flavors.

Seto Sea Salt Chocolat

The Seto no Mosio Chocolat has a chocolate filling with the addition of "Umino no Mosio" made from seawater and seaweed from the Seto Inland Sea. The rich sweetness and bitterness are accented by a slight saltiness.

The crisply colored packaging is also stylish atarashi momiji. All of them have a flavor that is not too strong and go well with tea or coffee, of course. Standard momiji manju for souvenirs is good, but if you want a change of pace, check them out. You can also order them as an everyday snack or souvenir.
