"KIHACHI" pie series where you can taste the freshly made pie dough that is unique to restaurants by layering seasonal fruits and creme shanti with crispy baked pie dough. This time, it is a matcha sweet for a limited time that is conscious of Japanese unprecedented.

The diplomat cream, which is a combination of custard and creme shanti, is flavored with Uji matcha, and the fragrant creme shanti powder and black beans from Tamba, which have an elegant sweetness, are layered together with a crispy puff pastry. Between the pie and the cream is a sponge dough Genoise made from flour, butter, eggs and sugar. The dough is soaked with liqueur with aroma of matcha and black honey, and it is finished so that you can enjoy the crispy texture of the pie more.

The selling price is 1,650 yen (tax included) per cut. You can change the dessert of the lunch course to this pie for an additional fee. In addition, 10% will be added as a service fee at dinner time.
