KIHACHI cafes nationwide will hold a chestnut-themed "Marron Sweets Fair" from September 16 to November 15. 4 types of sweets will be available for different periods of time.

Mont Blanc Parfait

A gorgeous six-layer parfait with a variety of textures and flavors layered in a glass. It includes stewed chestnuts with astringent skin, marron cream, coffee jelly with a mature flavor of cacao and vanilla liqueur, and vanilla ice cream. The price is 1,540 yen (tax included). The product will be on sale from September 16 to November 15.

KIHACHI's Marron Pie

The richness and flavor of the chestnuts simmered in astringent chestnut bark and the marron cream topping are a perfect match for the crispy pie crust. You can fully enjoy the flavors of the season. The price is 1,430 yen (tax included). Available from September 16 to November 15, from 2:00 p.m. in limited quantities.

Marron Crepe with Vanilla Ice Cream

A homemade crepe with a hint of burnt butter is softly wrapped in marron cream filled with the flavor of chestnuts and topped with chestnut stewed in astringent peel and vanilla ice cream. It is then topped with chestnut astringent skin stew and vanilla ice cream. The crêpe is then combined with crunchy nuts and caramel sauce. The elegant sweetness and savory flavor are harmonized in a way that is typical of Kihachi. The price is 1,320 yen (tax included). On sale from September 16 to October 15.

Chestnut and Pumpkin Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream

A tart with chestnuts baked in a tart dough filled with astringent chestnuts, sweet crème chantilly, and smooth pumpkin cream, this is a tart unique to autumn. The price is 1,320 yen (tax included). On sale from October 16 to November 15.
