The summer grand menu will be on sale from May 27th at each Sushiro store. The lineup includes the popular "Nama Tako Umekyu" that was released in the past.
Raw octopus plum
150 yen Katsuobushi, mellow plum meat with boiled sake combined with Kishu Nanko plum, cucumber with salt, and chopped perilla leaves are an elegant creation that matches perfectly with the birth.
Real tuna lean
150 yen * Released on June 1st. Uses "Tuna", the king of tuna. You can enjoy the rich and rich taste of the large red tuna.

Pancetta broccoli warship
100 yen Use pancetta that is salted with mineral-rich sun-dried salt to bring out the flavor of the meat. Salad-like sushi mixed with boiled broccoli in the store.

180 yen Sushiro A cold arrangement of the popular steamed tea bowl for the summer.

Whole shrimp yuzu pepper tempura
280 yen Tempura with a fluffy scent of yuzu pepper, fried whole shrimp with shells.

In addition, the new sweets product "Chocolate Mint Ice Cake" (180 yen) and "Refreshing Honey Lemon Parfait" (280 yen) will be released at the same time. Both are limited to eat-in.
