A sweet bread made by wrapping smooth cheese cream in a slightly sweet and fluffy bread to give it a moist texture. The surface has a fragrant brown color.


The cream has a refreshing acidity and the sweetness is modest. I thought that it was solid because I called myself Basque cheese cake, but the taste was unexpectedly light. Tea seems to suit better than coffee.


Although the surface is browned, there is almost no bitterness. If it was like caramel, it would be more like Basque cheese cake. It's very delicious as a cheese-based sweet bread, but the degree of Basque cheesecake is a little lower than the Basque cheesecake style pudding introduced earlier.
