New winter and spring cake from Komeda Coffee

Seasonal "new winter and spring cakes" will be on sale on January 22nd at Komeda coffee stores nationwide (excluding some stores). As a club activity of Komeda's fan community "Komeda Club", there are four types developed by incorporating the opinions of the members.

◆ Tea mousse
The most popular cake at the Komeda club tasting party. A refreshing cake that combines fragrant Earl Gray milk tea mousse and mellow mascarpone mousse. Accented with a flavorful orange sauce hidden in the mousse. It's a big size, but it has a light mouthfeel, so you should be able to eat it easily.

◆ Nutty chocolate
A three-layer cake made of smooth chocolate with almonds, chocolate mousse, and chocolate sponge. Also pay attention to the beautiful appearance with a glossy finish.

Sweets made by wrapping Okinawan cream with brown sugar in Nishio Matcha Mont Blanc cream. We are particular about Japanese ingredients, and there is a moist chestnut dice inside.

Topped with sweet and sour raspberry puree on top of the mille crêpes sandwiched with elegantly sweet strawberry cream. The fragrance of the crepe dough and the double berries go well together.
