How much salmon (2 pieces)

One dish that has the most impact among the seven types and can be said to be the centerpiece of the fair. Plenty of salmon roe is served on top of 2 pieces of salmon sushi.


When you chew, it's a storm of salmon roe that attacks you. After that, the soft salmon melts. It's refreshing and its accent is also good. I can't help but feel the luxury of eating 2 pieces of material, which is the amount of 4 pieces.

Roast beef mountain (1 piece)

As the name suggests, roast beef piled up like a mountain. Onions that raise the bulk are also sandwiched between the rice and the rice, but the amount of meat is still considerable.



It is soft and delicious, and the sweet and rich sauce and the spicy horseradish seasoning are perfect. Meat isn't a big deal because it's a sushi restaurant, right? It is a mountain that is perfect for climbing, and you will be distressed if you get sick.

Explosive pink shrimp (1 piece)

A dynamic dish with 8 pink shrimp stacked on top of each other. Remove the tail in advance and carry it to your mouth. You can fully enjoy the richness of the sweet shrimp.

Double bonito (2 pieces)

A bonito fillet topped with bonito flakes. The softness of the thick fillet is further boosted by tapping. The refreshing umami is unique to lean meat.

Welsh onion tuna (2 pieces)

A warship with green onion tuna on it so that it pops out of the seaweed. When you chew, your mouth is dominated by green onion tuna, and when you relax, your ego seems to melt into it. There is a good deal.
