The long-established store "Gateau Festa Harada" is famous for its rusks. The signature product, Gateau Rusque "Gute de Roi", has a crispy texture and aroma that makes it addictive.

◆ What kind of sweets?

Dark chocolate that does not use milk is coated on Gato Rusk kneaded with cocoa powder. Both the individual wrapping and the contents are black as the name "Noir" means black in French.


The chocolate is thick, and it seems that the chocolate bar is on the rusk rather than the coating! When you raise your teeth, it cracks and integrates with a light rusk. Spreads a deep flavor while melting smoothly. An adult taste with milder bitterness than sweetness. It looks good not only for coffee and tea, but also for wine.

"Tigres Red Velvet" is a Tokyo-only product that arranges Harada's proud chocolate cake "Tigres" into an American-born red velvet cake taste. Cherry is put in cocoa dough using beets and natural coloring red yeast rice and baked, and white chocolate sauce with Franboise is poured. The price is 250 yen per piece.


The slightly red fabric is moist and soft. The aroma and the mellow sweetness of chocolate blend together. The succulent and sour accents of cherries and framboise. The aftertaste is refreshing while having the richness of butter and fresh cream.
